The establishment of Dragon1USA is predicated on the international real estate market opportunities realized by Fred, based on his vast diversified experience. Through Fred’s real estate experience with foreign clients, he recognized that international buyers believe the United States of America is the most desirable and safe location in the world to buy real estate.
With that in mind, Fred collaborated with Visa, Immigration, and Investment services to create Dragon1USA; which includes Visa Immigration Investment, Homes2USA , and Luxury Properties Concierge service for a complete A to Z real estate resource servicing international clientele. The theme of the Dragon1USA website is “Bridging You to USA”. “You” represents people around the world who want to purchase residential or commercial properties in the United States of America.
Fred’s goal and business model is to assist with visa requirements, the purchase of a property, as well as providing resources to take care of a homeowner’s assets when they are not occupying the property. Most importantly, current real estate advertising materials and multiple listings are written in English, therefore, they may not be clearly understood by foreign buyers since they are not being translated properly into in their native language.
Fred’s high-quality network extends beyond the San Francisco Bay Area into many major cities in the United States connecting the international audience of potential home buyers and sellers through the dynamic Dragon1USA website – Bridging You to USA.
Fred’s college education (BA in Computer Science and MA in Organization Management) combined with his real estate continuing education and designations (REALTOR®, e-PRO®, ABR® & CIPS) give his clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling a home.
Prior to his successes in real estate, Fred had many years of facility management experience in the aerospace and semiconductor industries, managing a facility up to 6.2 million square feet in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Fred’s distinctive international background, education, and business experience enables him to understand different cultures and effectively market to them. In addition, Fred’s multi-lingual (English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and other dialects) language capability allows him to effectively communicate with most buyers and sellers around the world and service them in their native language.
